"Some tips on hooping below the knees: Save your beautiful tapes and don't do this on cement. Inside hooping is way better. (For once) I said don't try it in grass, BUT DO TRY IT IN GRASS ! You may be able to make it work once you've gotten the trick down itself. The grass will just slow the hoop down, as frustrating as grass wedgies. Bare legs make hooping below the knees so much easier. (I struggled a bit with this tutorial). Pre requisites would be knee hooping, and another one I didn't mention the "Kick Start", (starting the hoop from the ground, and bringing it up your body."
