Environmental Practices

We try to use as much recycled material and material that can be recycled as possible. We do not send a paper invoice with your order so that we can reduce our paper usage, although you may request one if it is necessary. All of our papers, junk mail, and unwanted documents are shredded and then reused as packing materials. We try to reuse shipping boxes as much as possible, so if you get a box that looks like it has seen the world, it probably has. As a rule, we use exclusively paper shipping materials, no styrafoam. We only use environmentally friendly and recycled paper to print the shipping label and recycle and reuse all printer cartridges. I ask you to please recycle or reuse the box your order arrives in. Thank you for helping to keep the earth a beautiful place.

We do not stock chemical or throw-away toys. All of the glow products we sell (and that we use personally) are battery-operated and we are constantly researching and utilizing rechargeable battery technology.

Shipping

Express mail is guaranteed within 48 hours, while next day delivery is generally not available.

Items that are in stock will generally be shipped out on the next business day. If I do not have an item in stock, or if you are ordering multiple items please allow for extra shipping time. All items are shipped out via priority mail, which takes 2-3 days for domestic orders. If you need something faster please let me know.

International customers

We can ship internationally to any country. You will have a choice of shipping depending on how fast you want the item and how much you want to spend. We can ship any type of Poi for $12 and have it there in less than 1 week. For larger bulky items it will take longer.

By purchasing and/or using any of The Spinsterz products you agree that you are held solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of others and all use of our products. The Spinsterz assumes no liability for any damage or injury that may result from the use of our products.
