All hoops are collapsible and break down into 3 sections. Below is an example of how they break down and instruction on how to assemble your collapsible hula hoop.

Price includes choice of 3 tapes including 1 glitter tape, you may add more tapes for an additional cost shown in the form below.

Each of the three sections has a gray connector coming out of the end and corresponds with a particular other end. You will be able to tell which end goes together by the pattern of the tape, you want to continue the pattern. There is a small hole in each end and in each gray connector. The white plug is inserted through the outer hoop and into to the gray connector forming a solid connection between the 3 pieces.

The white plugs are easy to push in and with a little effort they can be pulled out by hand. Your hoops will be sent with extra plugs just incase you lose one.

PSI

PSI is the hardness of the tubing. 160 PSI tubing is slightly heavier and harder than 100 PSI, most people use 160 PSI.

Tubing Diameter

This is the inside diamter of the tubing. 3/4" is the most common size, it is also heavier than 1/2" and easier to learn with. 1/2" tubing is great for those of you who like really light hoops.

Diameter

This is measured from outside edge of the hoop to outside edge. 39" is the most common size people get. 38" - 41" seems to be the most common range of sizes.

I'm a beginner, can you help me with what I should get?

I would suggest starting with a hoop that comes about 1 inch below your belly button. A 3/4" , 160 PSI hoop is going to be the easiest to learn with.
