These are the lightest, quickest, most responsive hoops on the market. It's what you see just about everyone using these days.

Our Polypro or polypropelyne fire hoops have 5 wicks and weigh in at 15 oz for a 33" Hoop, dang that's light! The tubing is 3/4" OD, 1/16" wall thickness. The hoops feature 5 flexible and removebale spines to you can take them off and have a normal practice hoop when ever you want. Our hoop also coils down to almost half its size so you can stick it in your luggage or on your backpack and travel. Our hoops use a custom machined aluminum connector so you get a super snug fit. We just introduced a ne kind of insert for the spines. All the hardware is now internal and there is no "bump" on the inside of the hoop where most inserts are screwed through.

We suggest a hoop of 36" or smaller, anything bigger seems to be a little warpy for fast breaks and direction changes.
