The benefits include the ability to do tighter moves with larger wicks, burn time similar to MoonBlaze Fire Poi Heads (e.g., 8 minutes for large heads using lamp oil), and more fuel absorption due to the use of a mostly-wick core.

Fire poi come in any length, up to 30 inches, measured end-to-end. If you are not sure what length is right for you, a good estimate can be made by measuring from your fingertips to your chest, with your arm held straight in front of you. Most measurements end up between 21 and 28 inches.

All Monkey's Egg Fire Poi Heads are 2.5 inches (6.35 cm) in diameter. The wick height can be derived from the following list.
