Aerial Drop in


Low-cost flying fun in a mixed-apparatus format including low-flying trapeze, Spanish Web and aerial silks ~ a perfect introduction to the joy and freedom of aerial arts. 
Check out the delights of aerial if you haven't before, or share your love of flying with friends, family and colleagues.

Juggling for all ages - 4 week series 


In this 4 week series we will take you from never having juggled before, to juggling 2, 3 or 4 objects. This class is great for those who have never juggled before or students that can “kind of juggle for a few seconds”. We will work with a  variety of objects, sizes & shapes. You will learn different patterns and learn the ABC’s of juggling language.  Included in the price is a set of 3 juggling balls so that you can practice at home and continue juggling once class is over!


All ages and ability levels welcome.

Aerial Level 1 - 4 week series 


Using long lengths of fabric hanging from the ceiling, students will learn to climb into the air.  During the course of this 4 week session, students will learn basic climbs, locks around the body, and inversions.  We will begin each class with conditioning on the ground, and move up into the air.  All beginning levels are welcome to join this fun, supportive, and safe class.

Hoop Dance Flow - 4 week series


Hoopdance Flow is a 4 week series taking you beyond the basics and giving you the techniques to really flow and move with your hoop.

Each class will consist of warm up exercises, new trick instruction, transitions, group collaboration and the creation of a sequence to combine & transition the new moves introduced!

It is recommended that students already have a hoop practice that includes core hooping, lifts, and basic off body moves.  – No one turned away!

Beginning Poi Spinning - 4 week series


If you’re new to poi spinning and want to begin your journey with some guided instruction, this 4 week beginners poi series is for you!


This 4 week series will teach students the fundamentals of poi spinning and give you the building blocks necessary to practice at home. The classes focus on technique and understanding how to manipulate the poi effectively to create all the basic poi movements. This class series will give you the ABC’s of poi movement and give you a starting point for a very fun form of dance and movement.


Included in the price is your very own set up poi that you can take home and practice with!


No experience necessary.

Belly Dance Technique - ongoing


In Belly Dance Technique we practice the basic building blocks of belly dance including posture, hip and chest isolations, fluid arm and hand moves, shimmies and bellyrolls.  We also learn basic components of tribal (improvisational) vocabulary.  Each week we cover a few basic hip and chest drills and then we learn or review a tribal move. 


All levels encouraged!

AcroYoga Spring Training with the Yogaslackers - 4 week series


Putting your skills to work.. and finding new ones… 
In this series we will be working on popping, transitions, foot work and even 2 high transitions! At least 2 months AcroYoga or a great sense of body awareness suggested. Each week we will be advancing on the one before, so it is important to sign up for the entire series.

Monkey Conditioning - 4 week series

Super fun, creative and challenging conditioning workout. We will be working on our inversions, core, arms, legs and flexibility. Each class will focus on a variety of muscle groups with core always being a big focus.

Aerial Level 2 - 4 week series


Aerial Silks Level 2 continues building on techniques and skills taught on the silks in our beginning aerial tissue series. Our Aerial Silks Level 2 series focuses increasing stamina, and movement quality while building a vocabulary of basic moves. This class picks up right where beginning aerial leaves off. It’s designed for students who are ready to spend more time playing in the air.

Teens Aerial Drop in – ages 13-17 - 4 week series


A fiercely fun class structured just for Teens! Build confidence. Build strength. During this drop in aerial class students will learn how to climb, pose, and perform short sequences on the trapeze, rope and tissue. These classes are specifically designed with teens in mind.

Slackline Yoga Series in the park with the YogaSlackers! - 4 week series


Calling all Yogis, athletes, dancers, workers, waitresses, baristas, corporate workers!  Discover your balance and strength  in a fun and playful way!  Newbies  and advanced slackliners alike will find this class both challenging and rewarding. Whether you have never stepped on a slackline before or have happily been walking the line for some time, come learn new skills and take your existing practice (whatever it may be!)  to new heights!
