Most inventoried & non-manufactured items are shipped withing 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders that are manufactured or custom made (most fire & LED gear) are shipped out in the order they are received, usually within 3 business days, but sometimes it takes longer due to the amount of orders in our que. Please allow up to 10 days for manufactured orders to be shipped and up to 14 days to arrive to your door as some of our merchandise is shipped from our other locations.
If you need an order within a certain time period, please mention this in the comments section while placing your order. We will do our best to accomodate your needs, but we CANNOT guarantee that we will be able to meet your needs. We will make our best effort to contact you if your order will not leave our facilities within 3 business days, so, please, make sure that your contact information is up-to-date. "Business days" do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that none of the above shipping methods include the order processing time estimates included above, nor weekends: The Spinsterz ships Tuesday - Saturday.
International Shipping Methods (These methods may incur additional shipping or Customs fees, such as VAT, depending on your country, that we do not track, calculate, or report). You will be responsible for any taxes, and brokerage or customs fees that are tied to your international order. The Spinsterz does not know what these fees will be ahead of time, or receive any payment from any of these fees.
Tracking numbers are not really tracking numbers at all from USPS. The "tracking" Is actually a delivery confirmation # that is supposed to be scanned upon delivery of the package to YOU. USPS is not obligated to scan any packages during delivery although they do sometimes scan it during delivery, but not always. So if you click the link provided from The Spinsterz to track your package and get a message "ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION". The U.S. Postal Service received electronic notification of your item on "DATE WILL BE HERE" Then your package HAS been shipped and may or may not be scanned during delivery.
Items Shipped Separately and Combined Shipping
Some of our products are marked that they "...may be shipped separately from the rest of your order." In these cases, a product may be too large to ship using the shipping method you have chosen, or it may be coming from a secondary shipping facility. If you are concerned about any delays, please contact us before ordering, so that we can work with you to get your product to you at the best possible speed.
We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in-transit delivery times or service guidelines established by any carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipments delayed by any carrier, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors made by customers during the order entry process, damaged by inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in-transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier.
In the case that there is a problem with a shipment, we will do everything we can to assist the customer in solving the problem. We encourage the customer to investigate insurance or other shipping options with us up-front to minimize such problems.
In the event that an order is sent back due to a customer error such as not being there to collect it or providing the wrong address, you will need to pay for shipping it back to you again. This amount is the standard calculated cost for the package.
We are very environmental friendly and try to use only recycled paper and inks when it comes to office related supplies. We try to re-use shipping containers when appropriate and only use excess shredded paper for packaging. Which means NO NASTY STYROFOAM PEANUTS!
